Before switching, we encourage you to speak with your current provider to discuss the problems you may be having. If you are still not satisfied, please contact us. Patients are allowed to switch their provider once every 120 days. It is iVita Wellness’ policy that patients using temporary paperwork must wait until their official license arrives before designating a provider and 120 days from issue date if they designated a provider when they applied. If a care center closes, patients are still required to wait the 120 days.
